orgmode-backports.org: Relocate emacs-30 entries from master
When the emacs-30 branch was cut from master, 1de9f89 (2024-06-27)
left all entries under the master heading and added a dummy base to
the new emacs-30 heading. That works, but it would have been clearer
to move the entries for commits contained in emacs-30 branch under the
emacs-30 heading. Do that now.
