This repo contains two Emacs libraries for [Snakemake].

* [snakemake-mode.el] provides a major mode for editing Snakemake
  files.

* [snakemake.el] defines a popup interface for calling Snakemake.

Both of these are available on MELPA under the
[snakemake-mode package].
