As a described a few commits back, using org-maint-check-for-new for
master and an emacs-NN branch at the same time leads to repeated
entries between the two headings. Add support for specifying an
exclude-ref property that can be used to remove emacs-NN from master's
output.

Using a list will make it easier to optionally extend the revisions
with more elements (as will be done in the next commit).

The spefici files changed with Emac's f1f351def3 (Update rnc to use
Open Document's Relax-NG schema to version 1.3, 2021-03-25), ported in
afb948e57. Just err on the side of false positives and flag anything
in that directory that changes.

These changed in Emac's fddd63f8b8 (Distribute the real source for
some doc/misc manuals (bug#45143), 2021-02-26). Nothing was missed
yet :/

Also, I tried to come up with another name, since "maint" for
"maintenance" is a bit broad: these commands only deal with porting
commits. But I couldn't come up with anything, and it doesn't really
matter.
