2020-07-07	man: Update commit url mask to contain 12 chars of ID	Tudor Ambarus
	Use 12 characters for the commit ID, similar to what git log --oneline uses. 10 chars of ID is sometimes not enough and git.kernel.org returns "Bad object ID".
